Message	then you would considered a road hazard and cause congestion causing an accident. Going the speed limit in this case would be unsafe. Sounds like a revenue ticket to me. There might be a stipulation in the law that you must drive a speed that is reseanonable and prudent for the conditions. Mike Dynoed 400 RWHP @ 19 psi 384 RWHP @ 17psi On Stock Turbos.
